Personal data, and what we do with it.

Thaiproperty.online processes personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). This notice says what we collect, why, and how to take it back.

What we process, and why

Necessary — account, listings and transactionsRequired

Identity, contact details, listings and enquiries. Required to hold an account.

Personalised recommendations and valuation matching

Uses your searches and saved properties to rank results.

Marketing about courses, PTV and new listings

Email and SMS. Withdraw at any time from your account panel.

Sharing with appraisal and finance partners

Only when you request an appraisal or a financing introduction.

Your rights as a data subject

§Access — ask for a copy of what we hold.
§Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected.
§Erasure — ask us to delete data we no longer need.
§Restriction — ask us to pause processing.
§Portability — receive your data in a portable form.
§Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
§Withdrawal — take back a consent at any time.

How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are kept for ten years after the last transaction, as required by Thai accounting and anti-money-laundering rules. Marketing consent lapses after two years of inactivity. Everything else is deleted within 90 days of a withdrawal.

Write to our DPO for any request under this notice. We answer within 30 days.
